Yup, I’m back from Puerto Rico and somewhat back on my game. We arrived early Saturday evening and so I was able to grab a couple hours sleep before Sunday morning. Sunday went very well and we had quite a few Baptisms. I learned some good lesson myself and we had an excellent service overall. However, something I ate in Puerto Rico didn’t agree with me. It may have been the food, or the crazy hours or just plain tired, but I got a nice case of the poops and a fever. So I was in bed all day Sunday and Monday ended up being a recovery day. Then Shana’s car had to go and die and then my brakes went out. When It rains, it pours. So I became Justin the mechanic after work today and called my friend Corey. He literally came over, popped the hood on Shana’s car and the stupid thing started. So we are back in business there. Now understand that when it comes to working under a car, I can be one long blond moment. But, I’m getting better. I actually changed out the back rotors, pads and even a caliper on my Explorer. My handymaness may not be completely lost. Well, there have been some great lessons learned this past week and even some this week and I cannot wait to share. I plan on posting some journal stuff the PR trip so you can get a glimpse there. It’s good to be home!
